By accessing or using Sazly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Sazly provides a platform to create websites from Google Maps business profiles. We use AI to generate content and provide hosting for your business website.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create websites with false or misleading information
• Impersonate another business or person
• Violate any third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using Sazly, you grant us a license to host and display your website content.

6. Token System

Sazly uses a token-based system. Tokens are required to create websites and use certain features. New users receive 50 free tokens. Additional tokens can be purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sazly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
